Employment
Creating jobs for people who live where we work.

We are from the community and for the community. That line is on our logo because it came first.
Community development forms an integral part of our business philosophy. As part of our commitment to social responsibility we host an annual Community Clothes Closet Campaign, through which clothing, shoes, household items and food hampers are donated to vulnerable families and community members in need. This initiative reflects our dedication to making a meaningful and lasting impact within the communities we serve.
We actively seek opportunities to create employment, transfer skills, support community initiatives and contribute meaningfully to social and economic development. Our commitment to community development is guided by our belief that sustainable business growth should create opportunities and improve the quality of life for the people within our communities.
Donate your unwanted clothes and make them wanted again. We collect clothing, shoes, blankets, handbags, toys and fabrics, and share them with families in our local communities.
If you have items to donate, or you would like to help us run a collection at your school, church or workplace, get in touch.
Creating jobs for people who live where we work.
Transferring skills so the work outlasts the contract.
Backing local initiatives with time, transport and goods.
Contributing to lasting social and economic development.
Every contract we win is a chance to employ someone local, to teach a skill that stays in the community, and to put money back into the area we come from. That is not a marketing position. It is how a company from Sandfontein stays a company from Sandfontein.

Whether you have a contract to place or goods to donate, we would like to hear from you.
